Rates $65 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Ask for an estimate when you schedule your repair.
Process I can pick up your computer or you can deliver. When delivering please ensure you bring the mouse and keyboard you normally use with this computer. And please bring a hardcopy list of issues you would like resolved on the computer.
Service Area includes Aptos, Watsonville, Capitola, Soquel, Santa Cruz, Live Oak, La Selva Beach, and Freedom.
Turn-Around Time depends on the nature of the repair and workload. Computers can be ready in a day or two.
Note: I only service laptops, notebooks and desktops running Microsoft Windows. I do not service cellphones, Apple or Android products.
